
The Story Behind “Needs”
Where does your name come from?
We get asked this from time to time. Good question.
The concept was conceived as a marketing campaign with another tree company I worked for before starting this one.
The idea was much like a pizza joint that may advertise:
“this month, for every large pizza you buy, we will donate 5% to… (pick a charity)”
I always loved the idea of being able to do something you enjoy, make money at it, and be able to help the community with matters you believe in and are passionate about.
