Some of the responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and set appointments
- Follow up calls to ensure customers are happy
- Take payments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues
- Obtain reviews and referrals
- Respond to reviews
- Creating follow up schedules for customers and keeping in contact
- Customer retention
- Maintaining a general knowledge of the business and activities
- Good computer skills
